Campaign for Real Ale

OktoberFest 2018

Friday 12 October 2018

Join in on our major local fundraising event of the year, with over 220 real ales, ciders and perries, most originating in Hampshire (LocAle) plus live music throughout the weekend. The Real Ale will be in the main marquee, managed by Branch CAMRA volunteers. Upham has their own sponsored bar in the acoustic tent and there will be a “quiet tent” selling Craft Ales. Additionally the site has local food, produce and gift stalls, activities, displays and other family attractions throughout the weekend. Sat and Sun daytime are especially family-friendly. The Sunday session has free entry for under 16’s accompanied by an adult. Souvenir glasses are available to hire/buy.

Open: Fri 5pm - midnight (Works Night Out); Sat 11am - Midnight; Sun 11am - 6.00pm. Advance tickets recommended.
BONUS - CAMRA members (any branch) have free admission upon production of their current membership card. Secondary proof of ID may be required (credit card, driving licence etc.).
Further information about tickets and programme are available at: www.hampshireoktoberfest.co.uk
Local branch Volunteers will be required for all open public sessions, for set up, racking up and take-down, daytime for the Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evening. Please contact CAMRA Volunteer Co-ordinator Jeff Salt moc.yks@tlasffej to find out details on how and when to help and in what areas. No experience necessary but fun guaranteed!
